At the March 19, 2009 APPLS business meeting, the group agreed to ask those systems who didn't complete the survey (or those who thought that they had) to continue entering responses until May 2009.  At that time, the survey will be closed and results compiled.

The survey will be conducted again in spring 2010 (concurrent with the completion of state annual reports).
